Customer support is provided by email and I aim to reply within one working day, albeit most replies are made within a few hours. However, due to time zones and differences in both work week length and working days around the world, please allow up to 48 hours for a response.

Bug Report

In order to fix a bug or issue, I need to be able to replicate it here. Hence, please email me using the address above and include,

  • Operating system name; Windows, macOS or Linux.
  • The MODO version that you're using; e.g. 14.2v1
  • Step-by-step instructions to reproduce the issue
  • Screenshot of modo that shows UI and tool settings, if possible.
  • Modo scene file (zip), if possible. Keep simple; e.g. single layer and geometry where issue occurs.
